A Nairobi court has declined to issue temporary orders allowing Congolese medical doctors to continue working in Kenya.

Instead, the High Court said the case raises serious legal questions, noting that the Democratic Republic of Congo is a member of the East African Community (EAC). It directed the petitioners to serve the Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and other respondents within seven days.
