Kagame to UN: Stop treating Congo like a spoilt child

President Paul Kagame has accused the international community of treating the Democratic Republic of Congo as a “spoilt child” in efforts to resolve the conflict in eastern Congo, arguing that all pressure is being placed on Kigali to shoulder the burden of the crisis.
He said Rwanda’s interest is security, not minerals, rejecting allegations that Kigali is exploiting Congo’s resources.
