Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni says deeper East African integration could kill more birds with one stone, including questions of citizenship and national loyalty.

It is one area that continually raises controversy in national politics. Yet it is an issue the Ugandan leader thinks could benefit from the proposed East African Federation.
