President Museveni has expressed his condolences to the family of the late Ssekabaka Daudi Chwa over the death of Princess Beatrice Nakabili, one of the princesses of Buganda, who passed on at her home in Kabowa in Lubaga Division on Monday.

The late Nalinya Nakabili was daughter of late Ssekabaka Daudi Chwa and sister to late Ssekabaka Edward Mutesa and paternal aunt to Kabaka Ronald Mutebi. She died at the age of 86 years after she fainted in the corridor of her house.

The President, who visited the bereaved family on Wednesday, conveyed his condolences. The bereaved family members thanked the President for visiting them to share in their profound grief.

However, on his way to Entebbe, the President was mobbed by residents of Kabowa Zone who complained of thuggery and poor roads in the area.
