M23 offensive continues as DRC, Rwanda hammer out peace deal

As the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda submitted their contributions to a preliminary peace agreement, clashes continued in eastern Congo.

According to sources in North Kivu, M23 fighters overran Lunyasenge, a town on the west shore of Lake Edouard in Lubero territory.
