Probe report on Tundu Lissu attack ‘not ready’

Tanzania’s Parliamentary Defence and Security Committee on Friday failed to present a report on the attack on Chadema Chief Whip Tundu Lissu.

The team led by Adadi Rajab said they did not have enough time to compile and table the report.
