Flooding Lake Tanganyika displaces hundreds in Burundi
Two years ago, Burundians living near Lake Tanganyika in the country's northwest lost their homes to flooding. Even now, the floodwaters have not yet receded and Africa's second-largest lake remains at highs not seen in decades, pushed outward by erratic, extreme rainfall linked to global warming.
