Rwandan opposition leader Victoire Ingabire's request to disband the panel of judges hearing her case was dismissed by the High Court.

Ingabire is accused of forming a criminal group to overthrow the government, alongside nine co-defendants—including journalist Théoneste Nsengimana—who have been in detention for more than three years. She remains detained as well.
