Rwandan Victoire Ingabire’s quest for Kenyan legal team denied

Rwanda’s imprisoned opposition leader, Victoire Ingabire, told a court in Kigali that she no longer expects justice after the State and the Rwanda Bar Association declined to accredit her preferred Kenyan legal team.
The leader of the unregistered Dalfa-Unurinzi party also wants the bench handling her case to be disbanded, arguing that the judges had already taken sides.
