Somalia's former Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire, who lost a parliamentary vote of confidence in July forcing him to resign, has returned to the limelight with a bid for the presidency.
But his message, which he posted on his Twitter account on Saturday, immediately elicited anger among his opponents, some of who claim he masterminded the failures in the current administration.
