Rwanda extradites Indian man accused of terror links

Rwanda on Wednesday extradited Salman Khan, whom the Indian government accuses of having links to a terrorist organisation.

The suspect was arrested on September 9 in Rwanda, following an August 2 Interpol red notice issued by India.
