Time is running out for the African Union to secure funding for the latest peacekeeping mission in Somalia, with new revelations showing all high-powered delegations dispatched from the continental body have returned empty-handed.
Those delegations visited Washington in recent weeks, seeking financial support for the African Union Support and Stabilisation Mission (Aussom).
