Paul Atwine, 38, has one of those career histories that looks rather neat when written on paper, but probably made very little sense while he was living it.
He trained as a lawyer, hoping to follow in his father’s footsteps. But then life had him teaching himself digital marketing. Then he worked in hospitality, moved into public health, later became a marketing director for the global Ironman franchise in Kigali, and somewhere in between all that, he kept finding himself backstage at concerts, figuring out how to get people into venues and helping brands make sense of the crowds they wanted to reach.
