Ugandan comedian Herbert Ssegujja aka Mendo is famous for mimicking the President Yoweri Museveni. He has mastered Museveni’s character so well, including the stammering and the Kinyankole ascent, that some people cannot tell between the two.
His perforamances leave the man he plays in stitches, and the PResident has grown to like him.
