As the year ends, Mr Ahmed Abdulle, a fruit juice seller in Mogadishu’s Hodan district, depicts what a bad season this has been. His is a story about grief from the harmful effects of climate change in Somalia.
Abdulle told The EastAfrican that he had lost close to 400heads of goats and sheep to the most devastating drought in between 2021-2023.
