Countries in the Horn of Africa will experience excessive rainfall of up to 200mm a day, with many also registering warmer than usual temperatures, the Climate Prediction and Applications Center (ICPAC) of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development, a regional bloc, said on Tuesday.
The ICPAC identified Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan and Sudan as the affected countries.
