Many analysts, politicians, organisations and ordinary people are using the three-year milestone of President William Ruto’s presidency to assess his failures and accomplishments. Few, if any, of the assessments I have listened to or read single out one unqualified success.
Education, the lifeline of any nation hoping to overcome underdevelopment, is plagued by conceptual and practical problems. No one can talk cogently about how the new education model fits into the development matrix.
