The US is imposing more sanctions on Sudan for use of chemical weapons, an indictment that suggests an external supplier for the illegal arsenal. 

The Department of State announced on Thursday that it will restrict exports to Sudan following confirmed reports that the Sudan junta used chemical weapons in 2024.
