Sudan’s military government is directly reaching out to Somalia to help stem the flow of mercenaries and weapons.
And it is not because those mercenaries come from Somalia. In fact, Khartoum thinks Somalia has become an unwilling conduit for the flow of weapons and fighters now blamed for the continual war and humanitarian catastrophe in Sudan.
