Troop-contributing countries to the high-stakes Gaza mission are expected to fund their own contingents when deployment of the International Stabilisation Force (ISF) begins, tentatively next month, it has emerged.
In July, the US announced a $206 million funding package, including $200 million for equipment, infrastructure, vehicles and operational costs and another $6 million for armoured vehicles. The package did not specify troop reimbursements.
