China’s Foreign Affairs Minister Wang Yi arrived in Tanzania on Friday for an official visit that the host government said was intended to bolster trade and investment relations between the two countries.
The visit comes amid the prospect of reduced support from Western nations following rights violations linked to last October’s general election.
