Rwanda on Friday summoned the UK envoy Alison Thorpe to protest what Kigali said were false utterances by the UK Minister of State for Africa, Lord Ray Collins.
Collins had blamed Rwanda for the massacre of 70 Christians by the Ugandan Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) militant group in the Northern Kivu village of Kasanga in DRC.
