Congolese Justice minister Constant Mutamba, who has often threatened corrupt public servants with capital punishment, is himself facing arraignment in the highest court for alleged corruption.
In the meantime, the prosecutor of the Court of Cassation has petitioned the directorate of migration to ensure that the minister does not as much as step out of Kinshasa.
