Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Musalia Mudavadi is leading a Kenyan delegation to the ongoing session of the UN Human Rights Council. Traditionally, this is an opportunity for member states to defend their record or outline steps they have taken to protect civil liberties.
