States vs media: East African Press Councils call for an end to 'hostility'

The East African Press Councils (EAPC) has called for a de-escalation of the hostility and exchanges between the media and governments in the region.
This follows the shutdown of NTV-Uganda, Spark TV and KFM FM, and recent exchanges between Kenya’s President William Ruto and the Standard Group Media.
