The High Court in Kampala has set new timelines in the treason case involving opposition figure Kizza Besigye after the prosecution failed to properly serve an application seeking to conceal the identities of six State witnesses.
Presiding judge Emmanuel Baguma directed the prosecution to formally serve the accused and all defence lawyers who appeared in court before the matter proceeds.
