It’s always sunny in Philadelphia, isn’t it?

Trying to describe It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia in one sentence is impossible. But I like to think of it as a sitcom about bad people doing bad things and somehow keeping it hilarious.

The first time I watched it, I wasn’t sure what to make of the series. It looked like a regular sitcom at first, but the jokes fell off. I immediately disliked the characters. They were loud, selfish, and cruel in ways sitcom characters usually aren’t. There were no lessons, no happy endings, no hugs to close out the chaos.
