Film marketing is one of the most crucial parts of filmmaking. It’s where the business meets the audience. Usually, you’ll see a trailer, a few clips, and a handful of posters before a film drops. The goal is simply to get people interested enough to watch or show up in the theatres.
That’s the common path. But sometimes, for the audience, it’s better to go in blind. No trailers, no teasers, no early opinions. You just hit play and let the story unfold. That was my experience with The Lost Bus.
