Kenya and Rwanda signed 11 bilateral agreements and Memoranda of Understanding in Nairobi to expand strategic cooperation and economic ties.

The agreements were concluded on Tuesday following the 10th Session of the Kenya-Rwanda Joint Permanent Commission for Cooperation (JPCC).
