As Rwanda commemorates 22 years since the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, land on which the remains of 20,000 victims of genocide are resting could soon be owned by the government.
Rwanda’s ambassador to Uganda Maj-Gen Frank Mugambage said Rwanda and Uganda are inching closer to concluding a deal expected to give the former ownership over the land.
