Curtains came down on the sixth Tusker Project Fame music talent show last weekend with Hope Irakoze winning the top prize of Ksh5 million (Rwf37 million) in cash and a one-year recording contract with Sony Music.
The Burundi singer, who auditioned for the regional show in Rwanda, where he lives and works, was the favourite from the start, exhibiting huge amounts of talent and power on the stage.
