Finally, Africa stands on the threshold of finding a cure for the worst addiction it has suffered since independence. This addiction which is called debt distress is worse than alcoholism or dependence on hard narcotics because it hurts hundreds of millions of victims who are innocent while the powerful few who contract it are having a party.
The wonder cure will be unveiled in Kampala, from November 5-7.
