Move fast and break governments? No, America, we don’t do that here

Ever since a third of American voters threw a second term for President Trump through the windshield of their government, things have been interesting.

Actually, interesting is a delicate understatement for what is happening politically in America in 2025. Every morning when I wake up and read a new piece of news, I think: “you can do that?” with the same puzzlement a child experiences when watching an adult commit an act of social deviance and get away with it. The situation is fascinating, in a slow train smash kind of way.
