With Uganda’s most boring electoral campaigns in history already into their second month, attempts to put some life in them continue but remain an uphill task.
But all is not yet lost, there is a spark on the horizon that might just kick the campaign engine into life. It is not on the presidential horizon, but the parliament one, in the country’s most centrally located constituency – Kampala Central.
