Somalia’s new e-visa system may have been breached this week, with thousands of personal files accessed by an unknown group of hackers.
Officials in Mogadishu did not immediately confirm the breach, but the US government said there was “credible” truth to reports that hackers had accessed the system, which was launched only two months ago.
