Rwandan politician Fred Barafinda Sekikubo, who identifies with the unregistered political party RUDA, was picked from his home by security on Wednesday, his family says.
The Rwanda Investigations Bureau (RIB), days after his arrest, has come out to reveal that Sekikubo, together with Patrick Mazimpaka and Japhet Nkeramihigo, “were arrested and are being investigated for spreading false information that could incite disorder or unrest among the public through various YouTube channels.”
