Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has been around for four decades. On Thursday, he gave the 40th State of the Nation Address, signalling the longevity the Ugandan leader has experienced in politics.
And he made new promises. At Kampala’s Kololo Ceremonial Grounds, President Museveni outlined a bold new dream for Uganda’s future, even though he is in his 80th decade on earth.
