What’s your leadership style? I can already hear you thinking, “But I’m not a leader!” Everyone, at some point, has to make a decision that affects or influences others. That alone makes you a leader. So, again, what’s your leadership style?
I just finished watching a Netflix documentary that got me thinking about leadership. Sure, there’s the textbook definition, but I’ve always viewed a leader as the sacrificial lamb, the one who takes the hits when things go wrong and gives credit to the team when things go right.
