Memories of Princess Mumbi, a light-hearted love story set inside a resurrected African kingdom in 2093, is finally coming home to East Africa, beginning with a screening at Prestige Cinema, Nairobi.
Set in the African coastal realm of Umata, the story follows a European documentary filmmaker named Kuve who falls in love with a local creative named Mumbi while exploring the aftermath of a major 2070s war. The cast features Shandra Apondi as Princess Mumbi, Ibrahim Joseph as Kuve, and Samson Waithaka as the Prince.
