Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda presented their spending plans on June 14.
East African Community member states -- Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda -- presented the 2018/2019 budgets before their respective parliaments on Thursday afternoon.
The MPs are expected to debate and approve the budget proposals.
The governments' financial year starts on July 1.
EAC Budget Day's theme was "Industrialisation for Job Creation and Shared Prosperity".
