I&M Bank share offer opens on Rwanda bourse

Regional lender I&M Bank Tuesday launched its initial public offering on the Rwanda Stock Exchange, as the Rwandan government offloads its 19.61 stake in the local unit.

The IPO is set to run from February 14 to March 3.
