Visitors to Kenya will from next month be required to have e-Visas to enter or board flights to the country.

Application for the Visas which will cost $51 should be made at least three days from the date of travel to allow for processing, Kenya Airways said in a statement to its customers.

Kenya announced the mandatory online visa applications last month but gave a two-month grace period which ends on August 31.

Applications should be made on the electronic visa page www.eVisa.go.ke or https://immigration.ecitizen.go.ke/index.php?id=5
