The Kenya ICT Board will deploy the content in more than 300 Pasha centres in the country.
Pasha centres provide a suite of services to the public via computers connected to the Internet.
Earlier in the week, Mr Barrett met with leading education officials from the East Africa Community.
He told Ministers of the Community to outline the challenges they face in their respective countries with regard to supporting technologies like computers and broadband Internet connections in schools. He said Intel would help identify potential areas and collaborate with them on finding solutions.
