New Constitution, same old waste of public money

Given all this, any sensible and responsible government would not waste its country’s resources.

A new constitution definitely is a good move for Kenyans, especially after the bitter experience under past regimes.

Kenyans are eagerly waiting for the implementation of the new Constitution, but that is no licence to waste public money.
